DESCRIPTION

Drawing inspiration from the necessity and efficiency of stacked transport within deep historic mining shafts, the "Tandem" Baffle sconce introduces a dual linear illumination representing both ascent and descent. Anchored at its mid-point by a solid steel collar, a continuous heavy-gauge perforated steel screen acts as a protective veil, seamlessly encasing and diffusing the glow of twin linear lamps working in unison. A matured, patinated finish reveals the steel beneath, elevating the rugged history of mining infrastructure into a perfectly balanced, steadfast architectural statement.
